Welcome to Weston Woodturning Circle. We are a group of enthusiastic people interested in the art of turning wood who welcome new members. At present all meetings are suspended due to Covid-19 and the earliest we would consider resuming club nights is in September 2020. So at present we invite you to browse our site to discover more about the club and its activities. A selection of the latest pieces by our members are shown below but if you want to see more then go to our virtual table where all members work is displayed.

Once meetings resume we will meet on the third Thursday of every month so please feel free to come along and join us (even if just for a chat) by just turning up on the night. We are hoping that members will make a spinning top to bring along to the next meeting for a competition. New members or visitors are always welcome – the first two meetings are free of charge. (For now however, in these times of social distancing, we just share our turnings online via the website).

Once things return to normal and if you want to proceed further, we have two club members who devote their time to teach at learner and intermediate levels and you will always find a group of friendly people keen to pass on their skills and knowledge such that you become more proficient in this craft.
